Improve Hair Quality

To improve hair quality, it's vital to think beyond what's clearly visible. As with most problems, this one requires going straight to the roots. The root of the hair, contained inside the hair follicle, is where growth occurs. This means that the root is also the source of hair quality and overall health.

Follicles can be damaged by many things, including heat and chemical treatments. Limiting the use of heat styling tools, such as flat irons and non-ionized blow dryers, can help roots stay healthy. Letting hair rest between harsh treatments such as perms or dramatic color changes is also a great way to improve hair quality.

In the end, though, preventing DHT (dihydrotestosterone) from attacking hair follicles is perhaps the most effective way to improve hair quality. Though DHT is produced naturally by the body, it can result in thinner, weaker hair as well as complete hair loss. While research at this point is inconclusive as to the exact link between DHT and genetics, DHT has been linked to alopecia, or male pattern baldness.

Improve Hair Quality from the Inside Out

To block DHT, Kevis products utilize hyaluronic acid in our own patented form called HUCP. HUCP binds to receptors in the hair, preventing DHT from taking hold. HUCP can be found in our products from our lotions to shampoos. In as little as a few weeks, our clinically tested shampoos, conditioners, and treatments can improve hair quality, leaving you with thicker, more radiant hair.
