Stimulate Thinning Hair
Hair loss can occur for a variety of natural and chemical reasons ranging from aging to chemotherapy. The most common causes of hair loss in both men and women are genetics, nutrition, DHT buildup, hormonal changes and circulation. Regardless of the cause of your particular hair loss, we here at Kevis are happy to provide you with a drug-free way to stimulate thinning hair and get you closer to the full head of hair you crave.
How to Stimulate Thinning Hair
Each hair on your head grows out of its own individual follicle. All hair is cyclically grown and then shed through the various phases of hair growth. During the Anagen or active growth phase, the hair is actively growing; this phase can last anywhere from two to six years. Once the Anagen phase is complete, the Catagen phase begins—a transitional phase in which the hair stops growing which lasts only one to two weeks. Telogen is the final phase which lasts about three to six weeks; during this phase, the hair remains in the follicle and is finally shed at the end of the phase. Once a hair falls out at the end of the Telogen phase, it is shortly replaced by a budding new hair in its Anagen phase.
People who experience baldness or thinning hair generally have issues with DHT (dihydrotestosterone) blocking their hair follicles. Testosterone can convert into DHT and then bind to hair follicles, essentially blocking the follicle. This block prevents new hair from passing through the follicle and can eventually lead to follicular death, completely annihilating the possibility of future hair growth.
That's where we here at Kevis step in. Our Kevis products contain DHT-blockers which fill in the follicles' receptor sites and prevent DHT from binding there. As a result, hair can grow freely and proper nutrition can reach the follicle.
